Parents will receive a welcome pack containing policies, fees, contacts etc.

All children in my care will be given a small laminated card to keep in their pocket at all times whilst out and about. This will detail my contact numbers, parents contact numbers and any allergies, in case of emergency or accident. (No surnames or personal identifiable details)

Car Seats – No child will be permitted to travel in my car without the correct car seat/restraint for their age and/or height.  I am happy to provide car seats.

 

All children will be provided with their own toothbrush, face cloth and towel to use whilst they are here.

I am happy to start your child off potty training, please provide lots of underwear!

I ask that parents provide nappies, formula and wipes.

Parents must also provide sun cream and any medication for their child.

I like parents to provide a spare change of clothes for their child and a pair of wellies!

I always enjoy catering for special occasions and religious festivals, so do please let me know!  We always celebrate children’s Birthday’s whilst in my care!

I know many local child-minders and work with them in the event I am sick or in an emergency, this is to ensure I can offer the best and most reliable service. I understand that if I am ill, the last thing parents need is a phone call to say I cannot have your child.  However, having this contingency plan ensures a backup child-minder may be able to care for your child should this happen. You will be able to meet your backup child-minder should you wish to.  All child-minders are OFSTED registered.

I am also happy to attend any plays or sports days should you be unable to attend, this will be nice for children to see a familiar face in the audience and I like to show my support!

If you would like your child to do a particular class or activity and are unable to take them yourself, I am happy to try and fit this in for you.
